This composition is a thoughtful combination of the fruity character of one of the best Peruvian Arabica and the chocolate-spicy notes of the unique Robusta from African Uganda.
Arabica comes from cooperatives in northern Peru, from organic crops, free from pesticides and artificial fertilizers, it is wet processed (washed). The beans are grown on family plantations, hand picked, with full attention to the quality of the produced coffee. Robusta (20%) is grown in southwestern Uganda near the Bunyaruguru and Katerera mountains. The unique flavor profile is obtained thanks to the cultivation of coffee at an altitude of over 1200m above sea level, which in case of Robusta beans is quite unusual practice.
