AUDUN COFFEE Coffee Beans KENYA Kagumoini 250g
- Freshly roasted coffee beans, single origin.
Kenya Kagumoini AA is one of our favorites. Its taste is very characteristic of the Nyeri region. This factory is part of the Mugaga cooperative, which also includes other famous factories: Gatina and Kiamabara. Each of the smallholder farmers who deliver coffee cherries to the factory has about 250 trees. Kagumoini paint is supported by CMS - Coffee Management Service. The long-term goal is to increase the production and quality of coffee by training farmers and access to raw materials. Cooperatively, it cares about transparent relations with small farmers, while ensuring the highest quality coffee and decent remuneration for farmers. Thanks to pre-financing, farmers receive advance payments for school fees and outlays for the farm. Each employee of the cooperative is qualified by the CMS.
Great, elegant fruit flavor, complex and delicious. Clearly perceptible black grapes, dried plums - all like a delicious syrup.
It is perfect for overflow methods of all kinds, e.g. in a drip coffee machine, Chemex, drip or Aeropress.
AUDUN COFFEE coffees are single origin specialty coffees.
They are also characterized by the so-called Norwegian Roast.
Norwegian Roast describes not only the degree of roasting of grains, but also traditional brewing methods. When ordering coffee in Norway, you will receive light roasted coffee, brewed in a filter coffee machine. The Norwegian way of roasting means that the coffee does not have "roasted" flavor notes and allows you to discover the true character of the beans. Light smoking means that we can try a variety of flavors - fruity, floral, malty, nutty.
