Marysable and Moises are two of the loveliest people in the coffee industry I have ever met. They have been working together since they got married in 1996, EL campo is one of their farms. This farm was started in 2004 and is at 1600 masl, and this year this lot is one of the few Natural coffees we have from Marysabel and Moises.
We found passionfruit, juiciness and funk.
Clean natural, mild funk. Cherry, deep red fruits, mango.
It works perfectly in all types of overflow methods, e.g. in a coffee machine, Chemex, drip or Aeropress.
