A blend of 100% Arabica, originating in Brazil from the Minas Gerais region. Fazenda Miaki has a unique, mild taste, devoid of acidity. Notes of sweet fruit and chocolate are clearly noticeable. After brewing, the coffee impresses with its intense aroma.
It works perfectly in all types of overflow methods, e.g. in a coffee machine, Chemex, drip or Aeropress.

They are also characterized by so-called Norwegian Roast.
Norwegian Roast is not only the degree of grain roasting, but also traditional brewing methods. When ordering coffee in Norway, you will receive lightly roasted coffee, brewed in a filter coffee machine. The Norwegian roasting method means that the coffee does not show "roasted" flavor notes and allows you to discover the true nature of the grain. Bright smoking means that we can try a variety of flavors - fruit, flower, malt, nutty.
About the Rainha plantation
The Fazenda Rainha plantation has belonged to the Carvalho Dias family since 1890. Gabriel de Carvalho Dias, the nephew of the owner, is responsible for managing the farm, which is exactly on the border with the Minas Gerais region and has the characteristics of the mountain regions of Mogiana and South Minas. Plantations are hand-operated because the local topography does not allow any kind of mechanization.
Social and environmental aspects are considered by the plantation management to be of primary importance. The farm has a planting program for native species to maintain ecological balance. Of the 484 hectares, only 190 are used for coffee plantations. In addition, employees live in houses with full infrastructure; there is a school for their children and a recreation area for families with a club and official football field. The water used on the farm is treated to avoid contamination of its water sources.
The farm is located at an altitude of 1100 to 1500 meters with an average annual rainfall of between 1800 and 2000 mm, and the average temperature here is 19 ° C - ideal conditions for growing coffee. Fazenda Rainha produces Yellow Bourbon coffees, which are known for their exceptional quality.
Coffee processing system and quality
The coffee processing system is natural / semi-washed: Coffee is harvested by hand onto a special cloth so that the beans do not touch the ground. The beans are quickly transferred to the processing area, always on the same day they are harvested to avoid the risk of fermentation. After collecting the coffee and reaching the processing area, it is washed immediately. Then the coffee fruits are separated according to size and weight, and dried ones are separated from the rest. Only ripe fruit is ground and separated from the green fruit. Selected beans are dried until coffee reaches 20% humidity. At this stage, the grains are transferred to the dryer to reduce their moisture level to 11%. The coffee is then transported to a warehouse that maintains a low humidity level and is free of odors that may affect the coffee.
The quality of coffee produced at Fazenda Rainha is the result of great dedication and diligence, from planting coffee trees to harvesting and subsequent processing of the beans. The work done by Regina Helena Mello de Carvalho Dias and her family to produce coffee of exceptional quality meant that the coffee produced on her farm was one of the finalists of the Cup of Excellence Competitions - 2000, 2001 and 2005 editions.
