Sweetbird Speculoos syrup is inspired by traditional Dutch Speculoos biscuits. Traditionally baked for St. Nicholas Day, and for Christmas in Germany and Austria, spiced shortbread cookies are thin, very crunchy, caramelized, slightly browned, and some have a pattern embossed on the front.
Our syrup was made in Bristol. It has unique caramelized biscuit notes and real cinnamon spice.
