Lapsang Souzhong is a high-quality tea whose distinctive feature is the intense smoking aroma. It is created on the basis of Keemun tea and dried over a pine or cedar fire - it is thanks to this treatment that it acquires a unique taste. Then the tea is fermented in wooden barrels until black.
